I am now considered a 'well experienced' therapist with over 17 years in practice. I enjoy participating in events that support my local and expanded community, sometimes as a volunteer and sometimes as a vendor, these are amazing opportunities to meet, support and sometimes educate people.

I am a Phi Theta Kappa honors graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College, Gardner MA.  I have both an Associate's Degree in Human Services, and an Associate's Degree in Complementary Health Care with a dual concentration in Massage Therapy and Yoga Instruction. I continue expanding my skills by taking advantage of additional educational opportunities often.
